Art gallery ‘ART-21’ can be truly called a Muse of the entertainment ship. The Gallery located on the upper deck of ARBAT entertainment center, attracts attention of beauty connoisseurs with its displays, which always become outstanding events in the cultural life of the capital. The only in Russia 24-hour gallery was opened in January 2001. Artists displayed at ART-21 include little-known talented painters and globally known men of art.
